...Coworkers who ask you a question (over the wall of a cubicle, btw - not even having the courtesy to come talk to you face to face!) and then talk as you're answering, so they don't hear your answer.
*growl*

Doing it more than once in 15 seconds should give you the right to slap them.
IMHO.
