Seriously.

I guess that person had it figured out all along. The BBC produced a series from 1963 to 1989, Fox produced a TV-movie in 1996, and BBC Wales have made a series since 2005, and it's been seen all around the world all that time, but it's only been for... people... who... live in... Philadelphia.. because.. no one else...
