September 19th:
On September 19th, Sophie B. will be queen of The Fire's stage. The Grammy-nominated, double gold record holding singer-songwriter has a strong voice that begs comparison to Janis Joplin. Her presence is huge. With Sisters Three kicking off the night, this show is not to be missed. An exclusive area engagement which will be recorded "live" September 19th at 7pm.
The Fire is located in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia, which GoPhilly.com described as "A Hip, picturesque neighborhood with thriving Dining and Nightlife." The Fire quickly emerged as a key rock venue in the Northeast after opening its doors nearly 10 years ago. Both burgeoning local talent and established national touring acts play nightly at The Fire (featuring music 7 nights a week). Artists who have developed at the Fire include Santigold, Antigone Rising, John Legend and Amos Lee, while many national acts who have performed at this intimate venue include Damien Rice, Tegan and Sara, Jason Mrazz, Kate Pierson of the B52's, and Jay Bennet of Wilco.

Evening Under the Stars with Dinner and Concert

Sophie will be performing at an outdoor benefit concert in Stockton, NJ. for Today. The money raised will be used to restore a beautitul Bucks County Stone Farm House for a rehab center for adolescents sufffering from drug and alcohol abuse.
Time: 5pm to 10pm
