* I would like to officially request that Capt Jack teach me how to shoot a gun.

(This would of course take hours because if anyone that I find that ridiculously attractive presses up against me like that? Ummmmmyeah, it's gonna take a while before I can stand still.)

* After IMing with Sagie last night, I realized I may need an icon of Capt Jack with the caption:
"My fandom freaks me right the fuck out."

Face of Boe!

I've written depressing FoB fic, and it's a major plotpoint in the arc from hell I'm doing with Kali too.

Yeah, that's a really strong ep. Basically the strongest eps in terms of just an hour of television are the middle of season 1 through the middle of season 2. The other stuff you care about because you care about the characters.

I may need to be geeky enough to need to watch the crossover Who episodes as we progress through Torchwood.

It's interesting, knowing to some degree who Ianto and Gwen are and really knowing the other two as I go into this.

And really. Cyberwoman is sorta in my head in a squicked out way. As I said earlier, yeah, I finally get why Cybermen are scary. That whole failed conversion thing..*shudder* I was thoroughly disturbed. Though I really didn't think Ianto could get all that past Jack... up until the moment when he said he didn't know, I was positive he was in on it.

The crossover Who episode are very strong, especially the two-parter where we first meet Jack. The others are critical to the mythology of the Whoniverse. You should also watch Gridlock because it will make you cry and has some Face of Boe info in it.

I've seen 'em, but now there's new context, of course.

Gridlock..? What's that?

It's a season 3 new Who episode taking place in New New New (39 times) New York. And it broke my heart.
