stained glass question!

Ok, so.

I have a lamp (picture is not so good, but you get the idea) that needs help.

The glass sections in the top of the lamp are a cream colour. The bottom panels are more green...

One is missing, and a few are cracked.

What I need is to replace these rectangular pieces.

I'd like to actually use glass and not just paint plexi - in part, because I truly suck at getting swirly colours to come out right when I do the stained glass paint stuff.

I have four intact rectangles, which are 8-1/2" x 3-1/2". I could either replace all 8 or find a complementary green and just replace the 4 that are broken/missing.

I'm very much at a loss on how to progress with this.

So! Recommendations on where to get 4 pieces of glass, or offers to help with this project, would be very much appreciated!
