movie soundtrack frustrations
Dec. 3rd, 2001 10:32 amSo why is it that the songs you really really want to find on the soundtrack of a movie just aren't there?
Take "Moulin Rouge" - I love the soundtrack..but the movie version of "Lady Marmalade" is *SO* much better than the one on the CD. *growl*
Anyway. Yesterday was a good Live Animal Center day. Got to practice with the burrowing owl and screech owls; learned how to harness an alligator by myself (I feel so macho!); worked with a promising new volunteer quite a bit - altogether pretty satisfying. And just a little cuddle time with Osiris. :)
And my husband is just wonderful. He got me a fantabulous Xmas gift (which he already gave to me) (it's tradition - we can't wait to give presents to each other!)...it's a very very nicely mounted bat skeleton. Just gorgeous!
