So when I joke about this whole squirrel thing...

..here's the reason why.

Several years ago, I had a particularly bad night at work at the museum. My mind was racing, my inner voice was dropping the f-bomb right and left...and then I froze, literally froze in place.

That voice.
I knew that voice...

I called raaven, who had just introduced me to Foamy the Squirrel, and I informed her that Foamy was the voice in my head. (She, of course, just laughed.)

Jump forward a few years. I was talking to hughcasey about the squirrel thing, and he uttered a phrase that he completely forgets ever having said, but which became the name (in some way) of every blog I've had online since then.)

"There are squirrels in my head.."

And yes, I could very easily see myself having this kind of angry squirrel coffee rant..but only in my head.

Reminds me of our experiences with Starbucks on our first roadtrip to MHC. LOL

I have loved Foamy for years. I never put it together that Foamy was the squirrel in your head though! So many things now make sense. BAAHAAHA

Though I feel compelled to nitpick about this episode: Places don't ask you for your zip code in order to send you things in the mail. (Can you mail something to someone with just their zip code? No.) They do it to keep statistics on where their customers are coming from.

But yay Foamy anyway.
